As a police detective, Jenna is all about catching the bad guys. As a reluctant vampire, she finds the bad guys are far nastier than their human counterparts. The romance is slow burn with the heat not significant until book 2, but once it gets going, the romance stays the course.
The author has several other series. I’ve downloaded the first in the Lana Harvey, Reapers Inc. series, but not read it. Since it’s a freebie, I’ve included it here.
